NEXUS has provided several services over the years at Microsoft’s Redmond campus. Most recently including aerial IR roof inspections on two buildings utilizing drones and building condition assessments on three structures. The assessments included window water penetration testing and minimally invasive investigations around the exterior of the building. Design assistance has been provided on three structures where repairs were needed, and NEXUS continues to be an on-call consultant as concerns arise with aging structures.
