NEXUS performed an independent technical review, building envelope design, and air barrier test for this design-build, three-story office building.  NEXUS was on-site three times to perform site visits and inspect the quality and continuity of the air barrier installation.

To ensure optimal performance, a preliminary air barrier test was completed to identify areas of significant air leakage and NEXUS worked with the general contractor to fix these issues to ensure the facility passed USACE requirements.
