NEXUS was contacted by the building owner to help assess the condition of the building enclosure and determine the extent of damage found by the owner during repairs to the existing stucco. Through non-destructive and destructive investigation, NEXUS was able to assist the owner in identifying critical areas in need of immediate repair, and provide design and permitting services for those repairs.  NEXUS is continuing to assist the owner with ongoing investigations assessing the condition of the entire building envelope.
