NEXUS was hired to perform air barrier installation inspections, window water penetration testing, and final air barrier test for this 101 unit mixed-use structure that also includes 5,000 SF of ground level retail.  The structure is Type V wood construction, over two levels of concrete, which includes a below grade parking structure.
