NEXUS performed a technical review, energy code compliance, site inspections, and air barrier testing for this 63,393 SF physical fitness facility and 32,774 SF natatorium. During design, NEXUS assisted the architect with product selection and provided a technical review of the architectural details. Washington State’s Building Energy Code envelope calculations were completed, and compliance forms were provided to the architect to assist with permitting.

Site inspections were performed during construction to observe installation of building envelope materials, and a whole building air barrier test was performed upon completion of the building envelope.
