NEXUS performed envelope consulting, independent technical review, construction inspections, and the final envelope assessment for this new, two-story tactical operations center at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island.

To ensure the success of this design-build project, we worked side-by-side with the contractor’s in-house architect to provide detailed consulting services to design the building’s air barrier.
