Dani Ittner has more than 23 years of design and project management expertise. She has managed all phases of renovation and new construction, for a diverse range of public and private facilities. These projects have included recreation, municipal, commercial, military, healthcare, restaurant/hospitality, residential, and education facilities. Over the last decade Dani has focused her career on envelope design and consulting, including waterproofing, air barrier, and roof design and detailing. Highly skilled in energy codes and their application, Dani utilizes technical design knowledge to provide clients with quality, cost-effective and energy efficient envelope design solutions.

Todd has managed the design and renovation of municipal, commercial, retail, and healthcare facilities for over 25 years. He is experienced in condition assessments, roof evaluations, roof replacement design, materials installation, and air barrier systems testing. He oversees field testing, building envelope investigations, and facilitates communication between clients, contractors/manufacturers/consultants to define sustainable and cost effective solutions.

Allen is a Professional Engineer registered to practice in the Province of British Columbia, Canada. He studied at the University of Toronto and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1996. After obtaining his engineering degree, Allen gained experience from the ground up touching on civil and geotechnical practice before entering in to building science in 2001 as a building envelope engineer.

Monty has more than 18 years of experience in the construction industry and with that experience he brings a wealth of knowledge, particularly in air barriers, siding, coatings, metal roofing, and general sheet metal. Having spent years as a subcontractor, Monty understands construction from the ground up and is skilled at managing every detail to ensure projects run smoothly. his diverse background includes working on everything from schools and churches to airport facilities.
Monty brings a sharp attention to detail and a commitment to on-time, on-budget delivery to every project he manages. His experience with large-scale projects allows him to anticipate challenges and keep teams aligned, ensuring outcomes that consistently exceed expectations.

Lawrence comes from a more than 20-year background in the building enclosure industry. After attaining his Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Design, he began his envelope career drafting for a building enclosure consultant. Since then, Lawrence has built on that experience in the field and in the design chair working his way up to project management.
His experience includes performing investigations of existing building failures, communicating with his clients on their remediation needs, following through with remediation design, designing enclosure systems for new construction, managing and observing quality control during construction of remediation and new-build, and testing the installed systems for failures. Furthermore, his background spans the nuances of the commercial, multi-family, k-12, and higher education industries. As a project manager, Lawrence’s strengths include client-focused communication and a schedule-oriented attitude.

Ian began his architectural career at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in pursuit of his B.S. in Architecture in 2015. During his studies, Ian jump-started his professional experience by working as a drafter at an architecture firm. Over the next 10 years, Ian hit his stride, honing his expertise in the Building Envelope industry. During this time, he gained extensive experience utilizing CAD software, became proficient in providing design reviews, offering construction observations and testing, and eventually took over managing projects. Ian’s project experience spans new and existing buildings. He focused on the Commercial and Multifamily industries and has worked on notable projects in the Seattle Area, including the Seattle Aquarium Expansion and the Costco Headquarters Buildings 4 & 5.

Andrew is an architectural designer with experience primarily in envelope services. He studied at Louisiana State University and obtained his Bachelor of Architecture in 2016. After obtaining his degree, Andrew has been working in the building envelope field providing design, detailing, specifications, construction administration, and assisting in building assessments.

Jonathan joined the industry in 2013 and holds both a Level 2 Thermography certification and an FAA Part 107 sUAS (Small Unmanned Aircraft System) pilot certification. He has extensive experience overseeing project tests for new construction and existing buildings, as well as performing assessments and water intrusion investigations. His project portfolio spans diverse sectors, including medical, education, military, multifamily, office, retail, and warehouse projects. This breadth of experience enables him to adapt to the unique challenges of each project type and ensure that testing and assessments are carried out with precision and thoroughness.
Jonathan excels in taking industry standards and thoroughly exploring their applications, constantly innovating tests that can validate those standards. His ability to approach unique building systems with the appropriate tools and methodologies ensures accurate performance testing and reliable results.

Mary holds an Associate of Science in Marketing and Business Management from Bates Technical College. She began her career in 2014 as a marketing coordinator and has progressively taken on diverse roles in administrative, marketing, and bookkeeping functions. Over the years, Mary has developed a comprehensive skill set that she integrates to effectively tackle marketing and business development challenges. Her multifaceted experience allows her to craft strategic marketing plans, manage complex tasks, and ensure precise record-keeping, all of which contribute to her holistic approach to driving business growth and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
