NEXUS is looking for a highly motivated Architect or Sr. Architect. This is an opportunity to lead a team and work on projects that impact our communities in a collaborative environment committed to technical quality and growth. We are looking for someone with experience in project management, spec writing, and construction administration, a detailed understanding of waterproofing, air barrier, and roofing systems, and familiarity with REVIT.
NEXUS is currently hiring a Building Envelope Specialist. Our ideal candidate has 3-4 years of field experience; RRO; Certified IR Thermographer; certified Air Barrier Tester; FAA certified sUAS (drone) pilot; flexibility to work collaboratively in a team environment or independently from start to finish, based on project needs; is self-motivated and can manage their time efficiently; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
NEXUS is looking for a Field Technician. The successful candidate will act as field technician observing, documenting, managing shop assets, and assisting other technicians or staff in performing specialized field tests to meet company objectives for field operations.
