Salt Lake County D.A. Building

NEXUS performed air infiltration testing on the windows, water penetration testing, sealant adhesion testing, air barrier adhesion testing and quality control site inspections for this 120,000 SF concrete frame, five-story office building. The building’s design includes large expanses of curtain wall glazing, ACM panelized rain screen, spandrel curtain wall, honed block CMU, and insulated metal panels.
